Question: How does it work?
Answer: It works like a standard calling card solution however it is much cheaper, more convenient and environmentally friendlier. You will need to basically buy a PIN number from us (PIN number itself is free, you only pay for the value in it - just like topping it up with funds), when you buy a PIN you will receive it by e-mail along with relevant local/landline access number (local to your country), just dial the access number and than enter the pin, listen to your balance and enter the number you wish to call and press pound key #.

Question: What are the rates and are there any fees to pay? What is the billing?
Answer: Rates are available at rates page. We have per second billing and there are no any other fees to pay. Our prices are all inclusive. We also charge no VAT.

Question: I made a payment to buy a PIN or to recharge my PIN however my payment has not been credited to my PIN. How long does it take to credit my PIN?
Answer: Please note that payments are cleared within 12 hours. Please allow 12 hours before contacting us.

Question: How long does my credit last?
Answer: At AdeptoPIN your credit will never expiry.

Question: Can I call from my mobile? Can I use my inclusive minutes?
Answer: You can call from any phone you like as long as you remember your PIN. Yes, indeed you can use your inclusive minutes to call to our local/landline access number.

Question: I can not get through to a local access number. Why?
Answer: Please do let us know if you encounter this problem and we shall fix this problem as soon as possible. We may also offer you an other less busy access number.
