Top up

Depending on your location your SIM pack will be delivered to you by one of our retail partners based in Iceland, UK and Estonia. In your welcome pack you will be provided with the link to your online top up (at the website of our retail partner), where you would also be able to see your call history and check your balance.

Once you receive your welcome pack, please visit the provided website of our retail partner and register your number online with your online account. After this registration you will be able to check your balance, top-up your account with the voucher or credit card.

You can also top-up directly from your phone and your card will be topped up immediately. Pre-registration is required.

In addition, you can top-up using your credit card by dialing Customer Service on your mobile.
